I want to use this as a tie down point for a Dog on nonporous tile. Will it work with that "side"pull, will it hold for hours?

On a glass surface a cup in good condition will hold over a couple hours. Not sure about on tile - might consider one of theirs made for textured surfaces. I would be really surprised if the dog could pull it loose.

Could You pull out a dent in a car with this?

I don't know. it is made for hold things in place ie glass or metal. don’t know it it would withstand a hard jerk to pull out a dent

Can someone please reach out to the seller of these and clarify what (1 - pack means). Does this mean there is literally one or a set of 2?

1 pack means there is only one. This isn’t something sold in pairs but sold individually.
