Hi, Only the BASE model of the Netgate 6100 is available on Amazon. The MAX model is available in the Netgate shop or from an authorized reseller.

What is storage on this 6100? Can storage be upgraded?

This unit is the Netgate 6100 BASE model which has a 16GB eMMC. It isn't recommended to open the case to upgrade the storage manually. The Netgate 6100 MAX model comes with 128GB of NVMe storage if you need more capacity.

As i undersatnd, the sfp+ ports don't work with copper; can you thus suggest suitable alternative and a switch connection at 10g?

That is correct. The built-in SFP interfaces on C3000 systems do not support modules utilizing copper Ethernet connectors (RJ45). As such, copper SFP/SFP+ modules are not supported on this platform. The details mentioned wireless 802.11a/b/g/n/ac, does it have wifi in itself without connecting an Access Point?

Hi! No, it does not contain a Wi-Fi card. There is a slot for a card and SMA sized antenna holes. However, recommend you separate Wi-Fi and firewall equipment since you want your Wi-Fi to be in the open for good connectivity, and your firewall in a rack, closet or other restricted location for security.
