Multifunctional plate/bowl. I loved the curve and the ability to be able to contain some food with a little bit (or a lot) of liquid. Could function as a bowl. If you need only 1 dish ware for everything, this may be it. It can replace a rice bowl, a plate, a soup bowl. It is universal! I bought this as a 2nd set and decided to put in a few words. Highly recommended.

Absolutely perfect! These are such a refreshing change from chunky, heavy white ceramic! Perfect size... I feel like Goldilocks! The bottom is flat with curved low sides makes it perfect for so many meals. I rarely use my dinner plates since I received these. They are very good looking and I enjoy the variety of patterns. Quality you will be glad you purchased :-)

I love these dishes. I’ve ordered them three times over the last couple of years. The first 2 times they came perfectly packaged. They arrive in a lovely box that is suitable for gifting. But, the last time I ordered they came all broken. The problem was I also ordered several other small items along with the dishes and everything was thrown in a big box. My suggestion is to just order the dishes alone so they are securely packed.

I recently decided to get rid of our exploding Corelle and bought these dishes. They are fantastic. They’re really pretty, and not super flat, so they can be used for meals that might need a little deeper of a dish than a regular dinner plate. They also are pretty durable and haven’t cracked or chipped at all, despite my daughter running them through the dishwasher or setting them down not-so-gently on the kitchen counters.

Perfect size and perfectly curved edges. Oval shape makes them unique. They are made in Japan and a beautiful and sturdy set. The ceramic is thick. Gorgeous!

These dishes are so elegant and perfect size, it prevents over eating. They are elegant . Since they are curved my grandson doesn't spill his food of the plate. I purchased 2 sets we are using them every day. Beautiful designs and easy to clean.

I did not buy these plates to sit on a shelf. They will be my everyday plates. I am so happy about this purchase. They not only look good, they are very well made. The color and patterns are beautiful and they are not thin, or light weight so I think they will be very sturdy. They are fun, and make me happy when I have my meal from one of them. I may buy the matching rice bowls (which means I can't wait to buy them) :)
