How heavy is chair? How big are wheels? Do they work on unpacked paths?

Diameter of pneumatic real wheels is 12 inch. Pneumatic from wheels are 8 inch diameter. Our unit can be used as a transport chair where some one is pushing the chair and another is seated; or as a rollator where the seat is not used. When Nancy goes out alone she chooses to leave the backrest and foot cradles at home. So it weights about 24 pounds fully assembled as a transport chair and 16 pounds as a walker. She is able to walk uphill across roots and grass, has not yet attempted to use is in sand.

Will the arm frame allow a person to eat at a regular height table (27 to 30 inches) ?

You can sit at a table of that height. The arms do not go under the table but they are curved so you can get close. Floor to the top of the seat is 22 inches and the floor to the top of the arm is 29.5 inches.
