FROM AN EX-NAVY GURL
This is advertised as a quasi-"milk-room" heater (which is true), ((remember those dayz huh huh??)) I don't! lol.... yet THESE l'il puppies CRANK IT OUT at an affordable rate of electrical consumption. Granted, they'll eat 700w or ?max-watts? but you WILL get max heat output with little loss to electrical 'resistance' and other, relevant factors. These units can heat uninsulated spaces very quickly & easily with one heater per 800 +/- sq ft (on LOW as a rule). I am most certainly impressed, and the design of electrical connections/construction) inside them is equally impressive! Def the best deal for the $$$ folks. Aiyani

Amazon shouldn't even sell this heater
It'll run and do real good but then it will shut off and stay off for much too long .. this heater doesn't have the ability to run constantly even at low temperatures .. do not buy this .. and after about three months of use it totally failed .. it's a poorly engineered look alike of what used to be good heaters back in the day

Good option
Better than several small heaters I have bought in the past, and at a better price. Doesn't put out major heat, but is good for my need at close quarters.

Great room heaters!
Had these heaters in the military for our humvee shelters. So got one for each room of the house. They work great and can heat up small sized rooms even work in medium and large but large rooms would need about 2 units for proper heat. Units also have sensors that u can keep running or have turn off once air temp gets to a certain point. Also has a sensor that shuts the unit off if it tips over.

The easiest review I ever wrote
It has thankfully been some time since I bought such a useless product. I plugged it in and turned it "on" and the 'caution' light leaped to life, but the 'power' light stayed dark. The heat remained off and the fan did not move. This seemed mysterious. When I leaned it over the power light also came on. Since turning it on when upright, triggers the caution light and tipping it over turns on the power light, the power and safety circuits, at least, are cross wired and functionally reversed making the unit a doorstop. When a machine arrives in good physical condition and is completely inoperable, it was a faulty assembly that wasn't caught on the floor nor by quality control testing, revealing lack of a closely supervised process. This company has lost me. I'm sending the unit home, adding TPI to the avoid list.

Good controls - sturdy
The 30+ year old version of one of these made by another manufacturer that I had finally broke. I was surprised to find so many different brands of these out on the market. I opted for this one, made in the USA and a little more expensive. I'm glad I did. It's rugged and has good switches. I use it in my garage to keep it from freezing. It would be a little noisey if that would be a concern. Otherwise, it does the job.

Works but not as expected...
I purchased this to warm a smaller room in the barn. I does, heat and it is quiet and will turn it's self off when tipped. However, the heat blowing from the unit does not seem very warm. On element turns red and no where have I read any information on if that is normal. Not mentioned in the booklet that came with it. I know it is warmer than before I used it but not really much of a difference, 1-2 degrees maybe! I will continue to use it only because it is better than nothing.I probably had too high of expectations for this heater. I would not buy another one.
