Can I do enough of these stretches at work in my cube without looking like a weirdo to passersby?

Lol who cares how u look! They will be stiff and in pain and u wont be bcuz ur doing the work even at work!

It does not stretch. It does stretch out the body. It is course and made very strong with loops. I wanted something that was easier on the skin and stretched like a thick rubber band. The good thing about it is you can get a work out with it and if you don't have a lot of room, like me, it's small so easy to store and it has directions.

Can you sit in a chair and stretch your Achilles/ calves with this? I cannot get down on the floor to do it

Yes. You could sit on a chair and use and ottoman to lift your foot/leg and do all the exercises you could in the floor.

How wide is the band? Not length, but width. I need one for physical therapy for broken leg, but need it about 2 inches wide.

It's only about an inch wide. It's the same one they have at my physical therapy place. I used it to help get back range of motion for my knee and now I use it to stretch. The loops help give it more stability than if it was just a strap with a 1 inch width.
