Liberty Safe4 Pistol Rack

The rack will hold 4 pistols. It is a little shaky but they are secure. The draw is different situation. If you have loaded clips in the draw for the pistols you have to hold the frame and pull the draw out unless you somehow fasten the frame to the shelf. I believe aggressive rubber tips on the frame would help this situation. I have two Liberty Safes and I am extremely happy with the quality of these safes. This rack does not meet Liberty’s reputation for excellent quality.

Everything about this product was as described so I got what I thought I was getting. The only complaint with the item is that the "wire" pistol holders are not as stiff as I would like. That may very well not be possible if sized small enough for a .22 cal pistol. I am storing unloaded pistols so the added weight of the ammunition keeps this from being an issue for me but a large caliber pistol with a loaded double stack mag would likely bend the bracket enough to prevent the drawer from operating properly. All of that said, for my purpose, it is just what I wanted...

Glad to find this rack works great and fits in my gun safe perfect on the shelf.

The idea is great, However, the wire holding my Kimber Crimson Trace will not hold the pistol up high enough to clear the items in the sliding drawer. The other wires hold my other pistols up just fine. Wires should be a little stiffer to prevent them from bending.

A little wobbly but handy in the safe

Great tool to organize the gun safe. It worked so well I bought a second one. Storing pistols vertically opens up space on the shelf. Not sure the drawer will be of much use to me but others may find it handy.

The rack is only suitable for small, or light guns. Standard 9mm is too heavy, creating sagging where the pistols rest on the tray. Additionally, the tray isn’t as wide as The tines, so the guns stored on the outside fall outside of the boundary of the tray? Item is not very well designed and material isn’t sufficient for its intended purpose?
