Does this product accommodate AR-15 lowers?

It could. It is designed for a 1911, but its a bench block, just line up a hole and pound your pins out. I have found a vice and a mag well block to work the best for working on AR lowers.

Anyone use this one a 10/22?

It will work for any firearm that needs pins drifted.

Does this product accommodate the Remington 870?

It is designed to prop up any firearm to knock out pins, but you would need to use supporting blocks to keep the shotgun level. It's just a small block with holes and a non marring surface to let the pin fall out instead of hammering it into a desk.
