can I get a full profile adapter for this card?

The ones I got came with both brackets. The standard bracket was mounted by default and I had to remove that one and attach the low profile bracket as needed.

I have 2 Dell 4K monitors that I use at the office. This works great, and was compatible with our low profile chassis. As for the specific particulars you mention, not sure what to say. But I do know that we are not having any issue with the 2 monitors (27" each).
