It Makes My Sparkling Water SPARKLE!
This is my first experience with this kind of product, but I did try it in a couple of different uses. My Definite Favorite Is An Additive In Plain Sparkling Water (about 1 teaspoon): What A GR8 Way To Sparkle Up Your Sparkling Water!! My second use was in a Cheesecake. Sadly, This Wonderful Juice did Nothing for my cheesecake (had already added over 2 tablespoons, and too much more might compromise the recipe!). FOR MY TASTEBUDS: This juice is light, but flavorful. If you've Never had "first press", you would not know the difference between "second press". And while this juice is an Excellent SPARK to Sparkling Water, it's taste is a bit too light to do much to a Cheesecake (I was looking for a more lemon~ish, citrus~ish flavor). ALL I KNOW IS, IS THAT THIS STUFF MAKES MY SPARKLING WATER TASTE TONS MORE EXCITING TO DRINK! The cheesecake issue is for another time!

I am a repeat customer
This is a high quality, high-priced Japanese product. Yuzu has a distinctive taste, and for those who love it, there is no substitute. On the other hand, it can be called a form of lemon. Ordinary lemon juice costs about $2.50 for a quart at US supermarkets, whereas this costs over $20 for one and one half cups. So, if you are making a sidecar cocktail with Courvoisier, Cointreau and this yuzu juice, the yuzu juice will be the most expensive ingredient in the drink. But it is delightful. On a recent visit to SE Asia, I saw high-quality individual yuzus, imported from Japan, for sale at about USD 5. The yuzu is about the same size as a Florida lemon. I have never seen yuzus offered at Asian supermarkets in the US. Apparently there is some restriction in importing them from Asia. But they can be grown here, and I hope some entrepreneurs will jump in and take advantage of the opportunity. The Japanese consumers are among the most demanding in the world, thay have a definite preference for yuzus over lemons, and this preference might be generalized.

Ugh ..
Used to buy this regularly years ago and it was great. Tried it again and it tasted like lemon water. Maybe it's a bad batch but not cheap to find out. Recent reviews don't give much hope - you've been warned.

tastes like yuzu
Looks and tastes like yuzu juice. High clarity with small amount of solids, (so shake well). The seal wasn't damaged or anything and the bottle is made of plastic for those curious. No chance that it can shatter. The seal should stay in the bottle cap. It's not a peel off seal.

Incompleto
El producto llegó incompleto, se pidieron 5 paquetes que contienen dos botellas cada uno y uno de los paquetes tiene solo una botella.

Second pressing
What isn’t mentioned in the description, at least I didn’t see it was that this is the second pressing so when people say that it is bland etc. It’s not a first pressing so that could be why. It’s fine and what I was using it for which was just some flavor enhancements and dishes. Reading the other reviews I immediately transferred the juice upon receipt to a glass container which I keep in the refrigerator. I believe that they should note that this is not a first press so if you’re looking for pure first press use of juice they do have one in a glass bottle which looks almost like a wine bottle container.

Not quite lemon not quite orange
I'm not sure what it'd be like so I bought the juice. I liked it but not in a hurry to try it again. Apart from that the bottle arrived in tact and it was sealed and fine.
