Confer Plastics 9300 Roll-2-Guard Modular & Adaptable Above Ground Pool Entry System (9300 with CCX-AG)

Best pool latter we have ever purchased. Very durable,easy install added plus has a safety feature when not in use to slide down shield over steps !

It is advertised that these steps will fit together for an Above Ground Pool but they do not work well and steps do NOT attach together, they are not Stable! It is not user-friendly instructions for assembly, not easy to assemble, It is not even close to worth the amount of money paid for the steps! Needed sturdy steps for our adult son with Autism for safety but these are not as stable as the last A Frame Steps that we had purchased from this company for half this price. I received 2 of the exact same legs that I made work but should have been a right and left side instead and designed opposite for bolting together. The water inside the steps is not keeping them from floating up causing one of the pedestals to keep coming loose it you bump it when getting out of the pool. Don't waste your money on these steps unless you have a deck to attach them too.

Sturdy. Make sure you order the right models for your needs. I should have gotten 2 of the same ones and not the 2 different ones. Tolerances for bolt holes are not great but I made it work. No instructions for how to connect one piece to the other, but I figured it out by looking at internet photos.

Just received. Package arrived within 2 days of being ordered. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took a few hours. Steps are solid and allows for separate height conversions. Only need a screwdriver, 7/16 socket and rubber mallet to construct. you really really need the mallet.

Not easy to put together. The directions aren't clear, especially considering there's different w a ys to set it up. The two sides did fit together after some difficulty but they don't stabilize the ladder, so we had to drill holes and connect it to the actual pool. The steps on both sides are a little stretch with my 5' stature. It took about 3 hours to finally complete. I love it now!

Product is a mixed bag. The ladder steps seem well made on one side, while the ladder rungs are flimsy on the other. If did the purchase over I would order two of the step sections. The upper hand rails are cheap and flimsy on both sections, which seems to made from another company all together. Definitely way over paid for the items received.

Im not a fan of this ladder, cant get the safety feature to work at all. Everytime I try to roll the cover foward it pops out the backside preventing you from being able to open it. When adding the additional base for height it feels super flimsy. Im only keeping it so that my kids can swim in the pool that we just paid so much money to have a new liner put in and multiple things fixed. For the price point I guess I expected a much better quality.
