La instalación la hice con un técnico que se encarga de mis dispositivos, nada complicado para el pero al prender la tablet funciono a la perfección por casi dos horas, puse a cargar la tablet para monitorear que lo este haciendo correctamente y verificar que muestre el icono de REGARGANDO en la pantalla, lo mostró por menos de un minuto y se quedó negra. A partir de ese punto se escuchaba el audio del sensor del táctil de los botones inferiores que si estaban prendidos pero se quedó negra la pantalla, nunca mas mostró video o imagen en la pantalla. Menos de 2 horas me duró la alegría de tener mi tablet para mis hijas. Talbez tuve la mala suerte de que justo a mi me haya tocado esa pantalla con falla.
