I ordered box of chocolates 852 and you sent me 856 70% yum how do i return it please

Hi You have to contact Amazon customer support to return the product.

The shade no. is confusing. is the shade being sold 856 (70% yum) or 852 (box of chocolates)

It should be "856 70% Yum". I have requested Amazon fix this, please do the same if you can "Report incorrect product information" link on page. The listed colour name (852...) is incorrect.

I want to order the tasty ruby, but the title (at the top) is different from the product name (at bottom) which one i should follow? :D

Hi, Thanks for raising this issue, I have previously contacted Amazon about the issues with this previously but appears nothing was done. I believe you should go off the colour name: 864 Tasty Ruby. However, as we know this comes under the 855 Sweet Tooth. It may be that you have to contact Amazon to further confirm this as this is an issue with the listing in a whole. When you add the item to your basket it will appear different to the one you’ve added so it’s best to go with whatever is showing within your basket at checkout.
