Hermle Jessica 62001 Clock

Extremely happy with this product which was purchased as a gift, and with the seller, who was gracious and quick to respond when I thought the clock I received didn't work. The seller replaced it immediately. I later realized the batteries I had used were dead and there was nothing wrong with the first clock. I felt bad and let the seller know the fault was mine.

I purchased 5 for Christmas Holiday presents. The clock details are very beautiful; the rotating pendulum twists back and forth and when in direct light, the crystals sparkle beautifully. The only drawback is that it's plastic, not real wood (I already knew that). So if you are looking for wooden clock this is not for you. Also, one of the five clocks pendulum was broken. I was fortunate enough to return and re-purchase another so my sis would not be stuck with a broken clock; unfortunately,the next purchase also had a broken pendulum. I returned that one as well and I still owe my sis a clock for Christmas, as she loved the clock and insists to have one. Therefore, I'll keep buying and returning until I get a working one. If that one clock from the original 5 had been working, I would rate it 5 stars, but the fact that I received 3 broken clocks one purchase after another does not sit well with me.

I ordered this beautiful clock. I was so excited to gift it to my mother in law. Unfortunately the circular ornament wouldn’t move. So I spoke to a very nice technician from amazon who tried to help me but to no avail so I had to return the clock. But I loved it so much I was sure it was a fluke. So I ordered another one. When she got it the little knob to turn the clock hand was not there. So again I had to return it. Now I have to find her something else. I was gonna buy another clock from ur company for myself but too scared to. Sorry.

The clock is great. I have one for a year now, plays great. I bought another one for a gift. I give 5 stars.

Bought this clock as a Christmas gift and upon opening it, it was immediately apparent that the hands weren't rotating properly (the minute and hour hands).Sadly, my advance planning for Christmas planning also means the Return window is now closed, so my parents are stuck with a bad gift from me, and a clock that doesn't work. Instructions inside the package also didn't help troubleshoot the problem. Overall, we're very disappointed in this purchase.

Too small & defective

Got a Christmas only version got so used to the music, I didn't want to put away after the holidays. I thought this would make a great replacement. The Clock arrived looking like it was returned previously. Loved clock but pendulum did not work. Would reorder but afraid of what I might get.
