Keeps my iron levels up does not irritate belly

Very easy to swallow caplets, which I appreciate as that can be difficult to find in supplements. I haven't been taking them long enough to speak to their efficacy in raising my ferritin levels, but they haven't given me any GI upset which is what I'm most impressed by, that's always been an issue for me in the past with iron supplements. I will say that they kind of leave an aftertaste of blood in my mouth after swallowing....but maybe that's a good sign since I'm taking them for a blood problem? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

good supplement they helped me feel less tired !

When my doctor told me to double up on my iron supplement of IRON BISGLYCINATE, (also known as Chealated iron), I did just that. I started taking two of my 25mg capsules by THORNE. Then I saw where NAKED had 65mg iron in just one capsule. So I gave Naked a try and within a few days I experienced loose black stool and was not a happy camper. I am now back to taking Thorne brand which worked better for me.

Easily digested, iron is tolerated well!
