First off a bit about me, I’ve had generalized anexity disorder and panic disorder since I was 11. I suffer from derealizilation/ depersonalization as well.When I was under age 18 I had been through a series of drugs by doctors many benzos etc. including Xanax but when I hit 18 I opted out of that and I try a variety of natural remedies and naturopathic treatments.About the product: First thing I noticed was it was well packaged. The bottle has 2 seals and is well packed with cotton. The tablets are very big though, larger than what I have had with hylands products but not bad to dissolve and crunch in your teeth.They smell very nice! Cucumber and mint is a great combo, taste is kinda interesting but not bad (this is most likely only because I’ve not tried cucumber/mint beforehand in anything)I quickly warmed up to it !I tested the tablets ASAP before my flight or venturing out by chewing one whilst staying at home. Which is something I recommend for all people trying any new products especially those with anxiety/ PD.My suggestions: if you have chronic panic attacks/ anexity / depersonalization I suggest combining these with daily CBT and exposure therapy ! They are perfect for that ! You can chew up to 8 within a 24 hour period. Even on my most anxious days I only max about 2-3.For flights : If you planned on using these to sleep on the plane think again ! They contain B vitamins which promote energy naturally. These pills are non -drowsy. I suggesting bringing products to deter your attention and only using these to ease symptoms of an attack.My personal suggestion is 1 during take off and then afterwards to maybe half them for every 2-3 hours varying on flight duration.Taste: ✖️✖️✖️✖️Size : ✖️✖️✖️Smell:✖️✖️✖️✖️✖️Packing: ✖️✖️✖️Does job : ✖️✖️✖️✖️

I started to experience some anxiety before boarding a plane, so I decided to try 2 tablets of fly calm. I could feel my anxiety in the pit of my stomach. Once I sucked on my tablets, I started to feel at ease and continued to use the product anytime I felt my anxiety. Each time I felt more at ease after having the product. I really like the light cucumber flavor, which I’ve been told cucumber helps bad breath as well. So it’s a bit of a win, win situation to help ease anxiety and freshen your breath. I would highly recommend this product and I plan on always having some on hand, for at home too. You don’t have to be on a plane to experience the benefits of this product.

I want to start this by saying that I have never left a review on anything that I’ve purchased before but This product is so great that I had to leave one.I’m a 38 year old woman that didn’t get on a plane since I was 5 years old basically 33 years without getting on a plane, I suffer from anxiety, the thought alone of me dealing with the Crowded airport and getting on a plane gave me anxiety but in order to go on this trip to meet my husbands family I had to get on a plane to Egypt (11 hours) everything was booked so I couldn’t back out, the day of my trip before going to the airport I took one and I was find and during the whole flight going I took a total 5. On my way back home I remember being in front of Cairo Airport and I started to tremble I felt very anxious, I took one before entering the airport 5 minutes later I was calm, on my return flight I took a total of 3. The best thing I have ever taken. I totally recommend.

I chewed 1 tablet just to see what my results may be before my flight in 2 days, definitely gave me a calm effect, but I don’t know if it’s just me, and if my body absorbs supplements too well but I became a bit too relaxed almost like I lost some power, but didn’t feel sleepy. Nice flavor though, maybe I’ll try it next time with food. But it worked for me I’m relaxed even almost 2 hours later from taking it.

I tried this on two trips: 6 flights and didn’t do a thing for me . The taste is pleasing but I need to look at something else for my anxiety

Heard of this great product from a friend. I was a bit skeptical at first (tried many other products before). I had to give it a try. It was the most relaxed I have felt being on an aircraft. It helped me forget about my nerves and anxiety. Took my best flight ever with FlyCalm! Love it! Best part- all natural!!!! Also works for many events, not only flying. Comes highly recommended.

I did feel a bit calmer after using this product. I hate flying and get very anxious on planes. I took one about 30 minutes before my flight and I felt like it helped a bit but I could still feel my anxiety building up once on the plane. When I sat in my seat I took another one and about 10 minutes after take off I could felt really chilled out. I think the bottle recommends only 1, but I definitely needed 2 because my anxiety was fighting whatever is in these things. The cucumber flavor is ok. It's light and cool and a bit sweet.
