The media could not be loaded. Overall the product was easy to put together. Was missing a few parts or should I say they gave me the wrong parts. I described it in my video. Bought this product for a family member who has limited movement due to a stroke. Current wheelchair is to wide for bathroom door. This chair is narrow enough to get them through the door.If they would've included the correct parts I would've gave it 4.5 -5 Stars.
