They are only for delicate work as they themselves are delicate.I use them only when I need to and and I've had them for months. I do believe one of them is losing a bit of its sharpness; hopefully I can figure out a gentle way to re-sharpen it.They are a little work of art.

I added these to the other Dockyard knives. They are all excellent quality and great for the detailed work I do.

This product is advertised for violin repair, so I cannot comment on how well they work for that. I am a wood carver and I needed dog leg chisels to get into difficult places. They work well for me.

Great little chisels. They did need honing on a strop prior to using, but that’s normal. Well made and suited for precision work
