These are an absolute joke. No form of supplement whatsoever. I decided to give these a try to add to my daily routine for a boost but its done absolutely nothing. Added in with regular diet and exercises and havent lost anything additional. Dont waste your money!

Wasn't sure what to expect aside from the reviews, it's not a pre-workout you don't feel that rush -it's an overall improvement of a baseline you'll be able to pump more, feel not as depleted and able to go longer.

Didn't notice any effects in terms of increased energy or weight loss.

The supplement has not worked for me, especially the nighttime pills. I can't determine their effectiveness. I would like a refund.
