Outdoor 4G CPE Router, 3G 4G LTE CPE Router with WIFI Hotspot,150Mbps CAT4 Mobile Router with Wi-Fi

I thoroughly recommend this 4g router. I firstly purchased a Huawei 4 router that had 2 outdoor antennas. This worked pretty well but due to the short length of the antennas coax cables, I could not place the antennas where I wanted them i.e where the signal was strong. The beauty of this Yeacomm device is that it can be placed nearly 100m away from the power injector/ wifi which will be in your house as the signal comes down a lan cable and not coax which is very lossy. Before I bought it I did a site survey at my house which has terrible landline and pretty poor 4g also. My family thought I was daft but I got a sturdy 8m fibre pole and attached my phone to it and switched on the mobile hotspot. I then raised the pole and with the phone now at 8m, I used a 2nd phone to connect to the hotspot and test the performance. I found that a phone on the ground that was getting less than 2 mbps download was getting 30 mbps 8m up in the air.I tried a Three UK sim which worked just by plugging it in. Then I tried a Vodafone sim which confusingly "dialled-up" and connected automatically but wouldn't connect to Tinternet. For Vodafone, I had to manually enter the apn settings and bingo it is now work beautifully.Very happy so far as it has transformed a stuttering slow and frustrating experience into a snappy responsive and entirely workable one.

Landline broadband at 18 mb/s down and 7 mb/s up, using this 4g LTE router now getting 55 mb/s down and 15mb/s up with unlimited voxi data SIM. Am not in the middle not nowhere, but on the edge of a city so you would expect the landline broadband to be good! Plusnet (i.e. the dreaded BT by any other name) has confirmed that I'm not getting the speed promised so can cancel the contract with no penalties. Definitely a win win situation. Very happy bunny.Update March 2021.Have now moved the outdoor unit about 10 metres across the garden so have a better view of the telecoms mast. Getting 85/90 mbps down and 32 mbps up consistently.User interface as mentioned is a bit clunky but useable. Response from email support very fast (less than 12 hours) and helpful/consise/friendly.Am thinking of investing in another unit for the touring caravan as it is much better than expected.

Not working at all and cannot find the so called customer care number anywhere

I bought this for occasional use, but now I use it everyday with my laptop as my home broadband is so slow - 4G via this is much better. The modem and router are both upstairs, but the WiFi works perfectly downstairs. Amazing bit of kit. It needs rebooting about once every 3 weeks, which is great for the price

Been using for around two months and is working perfectly. Does cut out every so often but simply switching off and on resolves the issue. Had a little trouble installing (I mis-read instructions) but helpline was very helpful and got me started in no time. Happy to recommend.
