Nuts missing and also carter key. The instructions said drill holes in proper places, didn't tell you where the proper places were. Went to U tube and watched a video of installing a gorilla lift and got it assembled. My own fault for buying Chinese knock off. The lift did work after I finished just spent too much time going to get parts

Since I didn't get mine free for a review I'll be honest. PRO: craftsmanship looks and feels very good, price was good. CON: instructions they send have no instruction. Don't know if they will be great cause not even an install video for interpretation was given.

Good Version of Ramp Lift Design
This is a good version of the ramp lift assist system popularized by a large company, and offered at a price significantly cheaper than that version. It’s well made using quality components including thick gauge sheet metal and a powerful spring mechanism. Installation is fairly straight forward as long as your trailer has side rails to mount this on, and it works well for a wide range of ramp weights.
