May just save your esophogus and give your body a chance to heal it from acid damage.
After the first night sleeping on it , I immediately noticed an improvement with heartburn. I tend to work late until 1-2 am and come home starving , I pig out , fall asleep at 4-5 am and few hours later waking up to food/acid burning backing up in my throat. You may need help putting it together , it's heavy duty, but I did it solo with little effort. It's a solid frame and can be put together entirely with a single large flat head screwdriver , but I recommend a socket wrench to really tighten things up. There is a youtube walkthrough video.I used the 4 inch lift which seems just about perfect. I may experiment with the 6 inch lift. I also purchased the heavy duty queen model which in reality just comes with one extra middle support leg (two total) , I highly , highly recommend that version , the extra support gives confidence. Plus if your original frame has a middle bar going lengthwise like mine did ,then you can put the two supports on either side of the middle bar going from headboard to the foot of the bed.Overall a great design , although I may mod it slightly because it does just sit inside your original frame's interior. So it does shift ever so slightly, if you still partake in music making , but very very little , BUT DON'T let that dissuade you , the frame still is very solid .I'm a tad OCD so some buyers may never notice the slight shift. I just may drill a hole into my original frame and the add on frame and then use a heavy duty nut and bolt to marry the two frames together. The you and your loved one can lets say ...make some music... without any fear of the frame shifting too much. You'll need a beefy metal drill bit to drive through the two iron frames though. As it stands though the frame is awesome , buy it yesterday . If you fall asleep with a belly full of food you will not wake up burning having to sleep upright in your lazy boy anymore.Don't bother with putting bricks under your bed , because then your stressing your frame at an odd angle and if you have no middle support you run the risk of bowing your frame. This version lets you keep your original frame as a flat foundation , the secondary frame , the one you buy then sits inside your original frame , so your bed still has a flat frame foundation.I don't slip down the bed either , I tend to sleep better overall because when my feet are cold if feels like I'm at just the right angle so blood flows down to my legs better than lying flat. So it has an added benefit for me.Overall worth every penny. With just a tiny modification it's the perfect frame for lifting your bed safely with confidence.

Good product. Does its job!
It is sturdy and easy easy to assemble. Just wish it would secure to the bed a little more. But this can be fixed with some o ring clamps from a hardware store.

Very disappointed so far.
I just received the package and I am not happy at all. No instruction manual for assembly. Missing parts - leg, screws and nuts, clamps, etc. I could only tell the missing parts from the pictures on Amazon.

If you have acid reflux problems BUY THIS!
For years I used wood blocks under my bed. While that greatly helped my acid reflux it did warp the bed frame. We moved nine months ago discarding the old queen frame and buying a new one. In attempting to preserve the new bed, I did not put blocks under the head. The acid reflux came back with a vengeance. In searching for a solution for the issue, I found wedge mattress toppers, one of which I was preparing to buy when this frame popped up as an alternative. (The frame was less expensive than the topper!)The frame has been a WONDERFUL discovery! While I was away, my daughter in law installed it totally by herself without even help removing and replacing the mattress and box springs. I have been using the 4" elevation for a couple of months, and while it hasn't elimated my acid reflux problem it has returned it to pre-moving status, which is managable.I am reluctant to move the frame to its 6" elevation because it does create an issue of your bedding not looking so good. Uneven bedding is not too big a price for me to pay for easing my symptoms, and with some creativity and sewing skills that could be remedied. With the 4" elevation, both my husband and I do slide down in the bed a little. If we wake during the night, we just push back up, so no problem (He has sleep apnea and he, too, rests better with the elevation). I do intend to try the 6" elevation before making any bed covering adjustments.Frame delivery was on time. Very sturdy. Easily set up.Seller and product get 5 stars.

Missing Parts
The company that invented this product has a great vision but little ability to execute. As others have noted, the instructions are terrible. The photographs are difficult to discern, and do not match what I found in the box. In spite of the assurances on the video to be found on the company's Web site, the top and bottom side rails were NOT attached in the product I received. Perhaps they were at one time, but it appeared that somebody had used a sharp tool to shear off the bolts and self-locking nuts that held them together. At least one piece of the sheared-off bolt had fallen back into the box, and I found it loose when I opened the inner box. That meant that I did not have enough bolts and nuts to assemble the unit, forcing me to make a trip to Home Depot to purchase additional ¼" bolts and matching nuts. Of course, it was not possible to match the ones that are included with the product, so I hope the ones I had to buy will do the trick. In addition, one of the two "Center Leg Glides" that were included with my purchased "Heavy Duty" model is bent, and it appears to have been previously used. The foot is discolored, and not at all glossy like the other one. This is a pricey product at almost $200. The assembly instructions are sadly lacking, and the failure to include extra nuts and bolts is inexcusable. In addition, the packaging is poor, the product does not match either the photographs or the Web site video.BTW, while I was at Home Depot, I purchased a couple of C-clamps to hold the device to my bed frame. I paid $1.89 each for them, and at the price of this product, they should be included in the box. Sheesh!
