Did not work at all
Was disappointed to see this flimsy piece of cheap plastic arrive, but reserved judgement. Moulded the guard as per the instructions and was all set for my first try. No cha he what so ever, even after three weeks of wearing. Complete waste of money, best thing about it was the box it came in as I now have a good storage box for my rugby gum shield. Do not waste your money.

Fantastic Product - Really Works for Snoring Caused by Breathing Through Your Mouth
I have tried many different snoring remedies including chin straps, throat sprays, nasal dilators, pills etc. and this is the only thing that has worked for me. This product may seem a little expensive for what it is but if you have tried a lot of other things then you will have already spent a lot of money which was wasted in my case. My snoring is caused by breathing through my mouth at night as my nose seems to become a bit stuffy and it must have become habit. The snore guard prevents you from breathing through your mouth and forces you to breath though your nose.I was tired all day due to not being able to get a good nights sleep and my partner was all for moving into a different bedroom. My snoring was also causing arguments all the time due to us both being irritable from not sleeping well. When it arrived I took a little time to read the short instructions as the snore guard needs to be moulded to your mouth to make it more comfortable. From the first night it eliminated my snoring and we both slept a lot better. I felt like a different person after the first few nights of sleeping well and was no longer drowsy during the daytime. The snore guard feels a little strange at first and it takes a little bit of getting used to but after a couple of nights it seems to mould even better to your mouth and soften up. I've had a cold for the last few days which caused my nose to be blocked, when this happens you just spit out the snore guard in your sleep rather than suffocate to death as I was worried might happen. I solved this problem by using a nasal spray to unblock my nose so I could still use the snore guard.

Somni Snore Guard
At age 55 I'm attempting to stop what has evidently been a long-term snoring problem. My wife has pretty much just put up with it. In parallel with going to multiple doctors now (and losing some weight), I've researched and tried many stop-snoring products and solutions that one can purchase over the internet. This particular product did not help me at all. I know because I've been recording myself every night for about the past 2 months and reviewing the results carefully. But, that doesn't mean that it might not help others. Seems that there are multiple causes and solutions. The product is a simple piece of plastic. It forms very nicely with hot water, and is relatively comfortable to wear.

Don't waste your money!
This has to be the biggest waste of money ever. First off, the advertising says it will fit most adult mouths. Presumably they consider most adults to be giants. I am a 41 year old female with a perfectly normal size mouth but this was HUGE. It is desperately uncomfortable, and I laid awake for six hours as there was no way I was going to be able to sleep with my mouth being pulled in to such an unnatural shape. It also forces you to have your mouth open, so dribble just oozes out of the side and you have to lay with a tissue under your face. After the six hours were up this product went straight where it belongs - in the bin. Never again!

Didn't work for me.
The Somni Snore is easy to mould to shape and relatively comfortable to wear though the longer I used it, the looser the fit became. I've tried several of this type of device and the Somni Snore, like each of the others, failed to stop my snoring. In an effort to help others save their money I'd suggest that there are various causative factors in snoring. My issue isn't the closure of nasal passages or the sleeping on my back or with my mouth open. I am overweight by a couple of stones and, like many overweight people the additional fat I carry around my neck partially collapses to obstruct the airway when I sleep. If you have similar weight issues and 'deep snore' I'd suggest that these types of devices are unlikely to work for you.I guess my New Year's resolution will have to be to stop being a fat brrstard or I'll lose another girlfiend (yeah, I know).

Fantastic
Ok I was very sceptical but after reading the reviews decided to purchase a snore guard. Well all I can say is that this is the best thing on the market to stop snoring. It really works!!! I have actually forgotten how loud my husband used to snore and it actually woke up the children. Now we all get a quiet restful nights sleep - thank you.
