This numbs wonderfully
If you need a good dental numbing cream similar to what the dentists use, this numbing cream works great. Taste isn’t horrible either.

best topical anesthetic for mouth pain
I wear dentures. No matter how many times I've had them adjusted, my gums hurt when I put them on after, I've worn them for more than a couple of hours, or when I eat something that is hard to chew. I've tried every topical anesthetic on the market. This one is by far the best. The liquid form saturates the end of Q-tip much better than any gel. It tastes like generic cherry-flavored cough drops. Unlike the most popular brands, this one doesn't cause you a shock of pain when you apply it. Best of all it lasts for a long time and is easy to reapply.

Works great
I had a hard time finding this. I’ve used it before and it really numbs anything you put it on in your mouth sometimes more than you want but that’s OK. thought I better grab it before I can’t find it anymore because I know it works.

Perfect for bad teeth
This stuff is amazing. If you're like me and upper teeth tend to break, then you have to worry about random severe tooth pain. Keep a jar of this and some qtips on you and you'll be fine enough until you can make it to a dentist.Plus best part is a tiny amount can numb a quarter section of jaw, so 1oz. Lasts a long time.

More liquid than gel
Got the job done. Was hoping I would be able to rub it in like a gel but it’s a bit too liquid for that. Put some on a qtip and held in place. Numbing worked great.

My husband was in incredible oral pain. The stuff of nightmares! Another reviewer had goven a detailed account of their severe oral problems and pain, and that this had helped them. So I got it for my spouse. Let me tell you this is no joke. Anyone who has had to endure oral pain knows its a particular hell on earth. This is the relief. My husband needs to have a bone graft and we simply can't afford it, this is made his life bearable. Thank you.
