These may not be Runyon brand.
I've ordered these many times. The Teeth and Mouthpiece Savers that I've received are frequently an imitation brand of inferior quality. Also, I order the clear ones and frequently get the black ones. The sellers need to be more scrupulous. The genuine Runyon product is very good at cushioning your teeth and protecting your mouthpiece. The knockoffs are not.

The best of the mouthpiece pads
There are many makes of mouthpiece pads, but the quality of the Runyon's puts them at the top of the list. They come off the backing easily, and the adhesive leaves no bubbles when it goes on. This, the clear version, is a thin pad. For a thicker pad, you'd go for the black version.

This is not made by Runyon
This product is not made by Runyon (the manufacturer is Brooks Mays) and the material is not as soft as Runyon's mouthpiece saver.

Four Stars
This is the product I was expecting to receive.

Not as good as they used to be.
Not the same kind as in the past the adhesive is poorer and the "rubber like" material is stiffer.

Happy with these!
Bought for my daughter to use on her Alto sax, she loves them and I appreciate knowing her teeth are a little more protected.
