I do not think this machine is usable. That thing were you put your legs on is way too painful. Gave it a three, maybe I am just being a [kitten].

not the weight limit that was advertised no much different to the one in Argos and after delivery I would have got the bench on the same day!

Das Paket kam unbeschädigt und zwei Tage nach Bestellung an. Für so wenig Geld habe ich so ein tolles Gerät erhalten. Der Zusammenbau ging sehr schnell, auch wenn man ein Laie ist. Wenn man es nicht braucht, kann man es in binnen Sekunden auseinander bauen. Natürlich kann man das Gerät nicht mit einem aus dem Studio vergleichen, aber für den Preis hat man nichts zu meckern. Es tut was es soll und hat damit ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für mich, einem 75-Kilo Mann, ist es ausreichend.

Cuando te cuelgas de el con la cabeza para abajo, al instante sientes un alivio a nivel de la columna impresionante. Somos 3 en usarlo para abdominales y tengo que confesar que a veces nos ponemos solo para sentir alivio a nivel de vertebras. Pero como banco de abdominales muy bueno, a mi personalmente me gusta hacerlo levantando piernas y se nota un monton el ejercicio.

Muy difcil de montar si no eres experto en montar este tipo de productos. Además, no está claro que herramientas hay que utilizar porque los tornillos tienen varias formas. Cuando le pregunté al vendedor por mas detalles para ayudarme a montar el banco, me ha contestado “pruebe con un martillo” Muy flojo el servicio de apoyo al cliente
