The media could not be loaded. Wow ! Better than expected! So many different settings of flame colors as well as ember colors. The cracking noise isn’t great, doesn’t really sound like a fire . Assembly is pretty straightforward. I have it wall mounted for now until I decide on surround. This one is 72 inches. The heat is output is ok not loud .

Gorgeous linear electric fireplace. I’ve been wanting one for a long time and I’m so glad I finally pulled the trigger and ordered this one. Very nice quality with beautiful flames and lots of colors to choose from. Comes with a remote to easily change the settings. Love it!

Still works but the screen is cracked on both corners

This is a very nice fireplace works very well. I don’t believe that the Wi-Fi app was working. Called for customer support three times left messages got no response. Call Amazon ,Amazon called. No answer. Send an email and the reply to Amazon‘s email was if they’re not satisfied with the product, have them return it so I return the product. Honestly this is a very good fireplace. I don’t think that part was working if I would’ve got some customer service. I probably would’ve kept it anyway. I believe this company has zero customer support.

I look forward to installing this electric fireplace, but for now we tested it and it is working as advertised! It comes with the logs and crystals and the different colors of flame are really pretty. Nothing was broken and all parts were included. Thank you, this will look great in our living room once the remodel is finished!
