Night Splint Dorsal Soft Light for treatment of Plantar Fasciitis -Small (Black inner, up to 6.5)

I have been suffering from plantar faciitis since May 2021, despite having physio and private hospital treatment (injection) so I had run out of ideas to alleviate the symptoms until I happened to read about this. I have to admit this night splint doesn't always help with a good night's sleep as it's a bit cumbersome in bed. However, I have definitely noticed a significant improvement and have not been so reliant on pain killers as before.

To uncomfortable to wear in bed, I used while watching tv which was fine but feet go numb after about an hour. The straps are frustrating and the velcro is not pleasant when it rubs on skin. It does give a little relief of my plantar fasciitis but no more than rolling my foot over a frozen water bottle while watching tv.

Says its up to a size 6.5 but my little size 5’s hung over the edge, i felt like my toes were going numb pretty quick, returned as size not as stated

I’ve been suffering really badly for almost a year with plantar fasciitis despite doing the exercises instructed by my physio. Wearing shoes/slippers around the house with a small wedge/heel helped a little, but wearing this night splint has been an absolute life-changer. I know that sounds dramatic but from day one I’ve had little or no pain for over half the day. There’s been a couple of nights I haven’t worn it and the next day has still been better than before the splint. I don’t find it particularly uncomfortable to wear, it takes a few adjustments to get the fit just right, but it’s really easy to adjust, so it’s not a problem. I love it and I’m so so glad I’ve got it, I’m still in pain for part of the day and I’ve still got a way to go to get back to normal but because I spend most of the day on my feet and was desperate for some relief, this splint has literally changed my life.

My reason for dropping a star is purely because i deliberately ordered this for the grey/black colour but the all black has been delivered. It took me all of ten seconds toput on, (Very easy) it feels comfy, so now i will see if 8t works on my heel. I am 5.5s shoe and my toes r right on the edge. Perfect fit.

Very good for the price. My daughter (14) is using it to stretch a tight calf muscle due to hemiplegia. Amazingly she has found she can sleep with it on. First couple of nights she woke up half way through and took it off , but now she's got used to it.

I am so happy with this splint!! It has worked for me. I was very dubious having tried most insoles, foot massagers etc, I’ve suffered plantar fasciitis for a year and couldn’t put my foot down in the morning. This splint worked from night one, no pain in the morning. It drifted back in gradually during the afternoon but now after 6 nights I don’t have pain! I very rarely review items but if someone reads this who was dubious like me, I recommend you give it a go.Long term update, over a year later and my pain hasn’t returned! I used this Every night for a few weeks then a couple of nights a week and haven’t used it for over 6 months. Very pleased I tried it!
