I have been drinking espresso coffee for most of my life. This coffee is great at a very good price.

I love the taste of this coffee. It's perfect for a medium city roast for cold brew. Avoid over-roasting because anything darker destroys the flavor. I've used this company for years, and I'm always pleased--very interesting flavors and aromas.

When I decided to try roasting my own beans, this was the first "brand" I purchased. Although there is certainly a learning curve to roasting coffee, these beans provided a tasty cup, and of course the price was outstanding.

I have roasted to date maybe 15-20 different raw coffee beans. I think this Primos is my favorite so far. The smell after grinding is amazing as well as the flavor. Sometimes I use a coffee press and sometimes I brew in my Ninja - tastes great in both (of course different grind settings). About to buy and try a pour over. For you home roasters, this is worth a try. I started with the 3lb - I just bought the 10lb.
