Basically this is a box with the dividers for the little microtubes. I use the little microtubes as pill holders and this box holds them perfectly. I was able to set out my daily pills for 3 months without the tubes jumbled in a zipper bag. The box is very sturdy and I’m sure it would hold up to freezing and such. I put it in my laptop backpack with all sorts of stuff that I take in and out all the time. The box was fine, only a few superficial marks and no structure damage. This is such a unique purpose-built item I can see the price is reasonable but still more expensive than I’d want.

Good quality and colorful freezer boxes. Much nicer to organize tubes with the color-coordinated (and QR-code labeled) boxes than the standard white ones we're used to. Holds up well at -20°C and -80°C, with little water residue or wetting even if briefly outside the freezer, despite lacking vents on the bottom.

This high quality freezer box is used regularly in our lab. I like them, especially with the external coating that allows condensed freezer moisture to be wiped away, preserving the box integrity and providing longevity in usefulness. At this price, however, it's a hard pass. I can get the same box for one third this price.

This box is exactly as expected and will be useful for keeping some of my miniatures organized. I know that's not what it was designed for, but that's what I will use it for.I have to admit that I was surprised that I only got one box because the picture showed five colorful boxes. If I had read the description accurately, I would have known that I was only getting one box. However, even the description of this item often used the plural: "boxes." So, I misunderstood. I'm mentioning this in case someone reading this is also thinking they will get five colorful boxes.I am happy with the product and will find it useful.

Hubby runs a high school biotech lab. He says this is perfect for storing microcentrifuge tubes. Box is specially coated for cool storage. Sturdy little insert. See video. Could be used professionally.
