Did not hold water but customer service was great.
I was really excited to get this but when I went to use it, there was a problem with it holding water. I put the water in and then a minute later it would start flooding out the bottom of the candle all over the place. I tried tightening the screws thinking maybe the seel wasn't tight on the bottom but all of the water still drains out making a mess and rendering the fountain unusable. If there is an easy fix, let me know but right now I'm just disappointed. :( . Customer service was prompt and courteous. They are sending a replacement. Will adjust review further when working item is received. :)

LOVE IT!!
I use this in my spa and it is awesome!! It is very calming and has a peaceful waterfall sound. It also lights up and is very pretty. I have been asked by many of my clients where I got it. Even though I love it, I think it is more on the expensive side, but it was worth it because it is more attractive than a rock waterfall (in my opinion) and fits the decor of my spa perfectly. I want one for my home too!It has three timed settings and comes with a charging cord but not a charging block. I use an iPhone block. Be careful not to drop, hit or scratch it, as it is wax.

Great fountain
I love the sound and have tried many fountains for the indoors...this one, since it looks like a candle has an amazing lighting effect in the room as well. Just be careful around heat and sun... It's wax

Very attractive, soothing and is rechargeable
This was a birthday gift and the recipient loved it. One of the best things is it is rechargeable and doesn’t continually need new batteries. The other party attendees were very impressed.

Fantastic!
I wanted this for the living room but I have to keep retrieving it out of my 12 year old son's room because he loves it so much. The sound is soothing and you can barely hear the motor. I love the charging aspect so I don't have to use batteries. Will definitely buy another!
