Getting to the heart of the matter.

A nice translation of previously secret teachings from the Yang family. The supplementary comments by Mr Olson are welcome and appropriate. His background gives credibility to the translation and shows readers the relationship between Taiji (Tai Chi) and the rich history of Taoism. If you are a serious practitioner of Taiji these core teaching from Yang family documents are a must read.
