Brake running light goes out. Brake light only comes on now when I hit the brake. Not good. Is there a fix?

Brake light supposed to lite up only when you hit the break,and your running light is supposed to stay on at all the time if your running light works only when you hit the break is because your wires are mixed up .

How many of these are needed? One for each turn signal?

One worked for my motorcycle, all 4 signal light are led.
