If you have driver side sag, you might need this.
On my 1995 Toyota Tacoma 4wd extended cab, there is a lot of weight on the driver's side. The gas tank and the transfer case are on that side. After doing research on many Toyota Tacoma forums this was a solution. So to level the front end which sags 1/2 inch on the driver's side, this spacer corrects this sag. I think OME should automatically provide this, but they don't. For reference I installed OME struts and 881 springs on the front along with OME Dakar leaf springs and shocks in the rear.

Not as pictured. Had some type of black epoxy enamel/powder coating. Worked for fixing my taco lean - 2012 tacoma 4wd LB with ome light suspension kit. Fit ome spring and shock great on drivers side

DOESNT FIT BILSTEIN WITH OME SPRINGS ON A 4RUNNER.
Does NOT fit 5th gen Tacoma with Bilstein 5100’s and OME 886 springs. Wasted money and time waiting for it to show up only to find out it doesn’t fit. Went to return it and was going to be charged $9 shipping fees for a $15 item which meant I’d be getting about $6 back so I guess I have a paperweight at this point.
