This has reduced pain from my injury (get pain in the balls of my feet. It's comfortable to wear and is good quality. I just climbed Ben Nevis with this on and had no rubbing or other issues. Brilliant product and would recommend!

Still early days as I’ve only worn these for 1 day, but already they appear to helping a pain that I have been experiencing. They are very comfortable and fit well instead my regular shoes too.

I read the previous reviews and thought id try this. This really helped the pain in foot but aggravated my toe after 2 hours of running.I would recommend this product because the padding helped the with the impact of pain and it stayed on after a long run. It started to dig in the big toe area after 2 hours of wearing which became uncomfortable. I would definitely look into this product more if there is another style where there is much more padding than this one.

I bought this item because, as I get older (I'm nearly 80), I sometime get painful bruising on the balls of my feet, after traversing rough terrain. The pad underfoot was very beneficial, for my bruised foot, but the raised seam around the sleeve for the big toe became annoyingly painful after around 30 minutes of gentle walking even though the fit was perfect, to my mind.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I’m a size 4/5 shoe and I purchased the medium size. It fitted well and helped a lot in cushioning the pain on the ball of my foot. It stayed in place throughout my Zumba session and was extremely comfortable. I would recommend this product.Value for money:I thought the product was very reasonably priced.

I normally walk with a limp and the pain on the one foot got unbearable, so based on the reviews I purchased this item.I work standing on my feet and walking around for 8 hours a dayI found that it was uncomfortable around the big toe area and had to remove it after four hours.It reduced the pain by 50% which was fantasticWhen driving I feel the pain even more.Even though I wear size 9 wide fitting boots it just feels tight around the edges.I tried both hoping one would be more comfortable than the other but it wasn't the case.I still use them as they help but it just wasn't 100% effective.The appearance is fine, it washes well.UPDATE ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONAfter my review was available to read, the supply contacted me and offered me a full refund which I accepted and is now making its way to my account.This is excellent customer service which I have never received before.
