IB Gard works great -- it helps regulate my GI system. I've given this order 4 stars because Amazon should not be charging sales tax on over the counter medications for human use in New Jersey, but they do. Amazon Customer Service cannot provide assistance with issues like this one.

My wife has IBS and this product allows her to enjoy Italian or spicy foods. One pill before dinner and she can enjoy the meal without worries. Highly recommend.

This product above all OTC products truly works. I’ve had a few bouts of IBS/GERD in the last few years. As soon as I start taking this product I start to feel better. I usually only have to take a week or two and y symptoms are gone. It’s so natural and effective. I wish all ailments had a product like this to help. I keep a box on hand just in case.
