Be prepared for a lot of tediousness when assembling this book nook.
Nothing is painted on, so you need to cut out every single image (including the ridiculously complex cuts required for the external siding images. I found it very difficult to cut without either leaving white edges showing or cutting something off entirely.None of the pieces are labeled, so you need to measure each piece individually to determine which piece belongs where. And some are almost identical so it is hard to differentiate - ESPECIALLY when the instructions also indicate that some pieces may be slightly larger/smaller than described (and when some of the pieces are only mm apart in size this can make IDing certain pieces almost impossibly difficult. The instructions are flawed, with steps missing or being difficult to understand.Trying to wire up this thing should be simple, but it isn’t. At one point it says to tape around the wire attached to the switch to help strengthen the connection, but the tape provided is garbage, and the place they want reinforced is so tiny it is hard to do. Then it just called off anyway.Oh, and I was missing pieces - missing transparencies frames meant I had to order some additionally (as the transparencies are literally the outside of the book and to go without would look wrong). This could be such an awesome looking display piece if they just simplified some of the process - make the side images punch outs so that they look clean and don’t cause undue stress for assemblers trying to cut all the itty bitty pieces. Or paint on the sides directly onto the transparencies for the same purpose.Or, put all the things we are required to cut out onto sticker paper, so builders just peel and stick and don’t have to worry about cutting something wrong.Finally. LABEL THE DANG PIECES!

Not the best quality. LR44 batteries
I struggled to finish this one. Only one piece was missing (others said they had missing pieces too), but the shell doesn’t line up at all so it’s wonky now that it’s finished. The instructions aren’t the worst, but they’re not the best either. Also the battery info isn’t included in the instructions, on the box, anywhere in the listing. I had to reach out to the seller to find out what I needed to buy (LR44). I love the inside, but like I said, the shell is wonky which takes away from enjoyment of looking at it for me. Lastly, there’s no cover on the front so dust will certainly be getting into it.

Don't buy, parts missing
If it was only the glue missing it would be okay as I could replace that myself but I am also missing the majority of package FA lot of money to have wasted on something that cannot be made as I'm missing parts like the water and boards etc.Incredibly disappointed.
