I absolutely LOVE this bag! It's very comfortable, easy to wear, fits more than you'd think and it can be worn over either shoulder. I used this for a cruise and was able to carry 2 bottles of Dasani water in the back zipper pocket along with my wallet, phone and other small items. Here is a mesh pocket in the back pouch as well as 2 pen slots.Now I love it for everyday use, as I tend to pack relatively light in my day to day but I cannot say enough good about this bag - love love love it!

I’m in shock how’s nice the item is for the price. There’s plenty of room to put stuff in. Also comfortable! I would highly recommend it if you’re looking for a simple bag that you want to use here and there

After reading reviews I was very hesitant in purchasing. I'm glad I went with my gut. I absolutely love this backpack. My button on front side stays clasped, it never comes undone. I have 2 clips on the bottom back to wear right or left shouldered. There is a lot of room in this backpack. After putting everything from my big bulky purse I still have room to spare. I also love the grey color, it goes with everything. I would highly recommend.

Love this bag, fits so much in it. The snap in front sometimes comes undone if bag is really packed full. I did remove the little metal logo tag on front because it made no sense. Otherwise, love it. Makes a great purse/babybag for quick trips with my 20 month old.

I have purchased three of these. Two, I purchased for a vacation for myself and daughter. I can't say enough about this bag! It has a great outside back zipper for my hidden stuff. This made me feel more secure for my cash and ID when I was in casinos or walking around an island. It fits so much crap in it! The front pocket is great for my keys and credit card. The other front pocket I have my cell in. If it gets dirty, it is easy to just wipe off. I used it for my trip a few years ago and never went back to my purse. After two years it finally started to breakdown a tad, again this was every day use. I ended up just buying another one to replace it! I am a softball mom and this is seriously the best BAG EVER!!! I have several friends that got one after seeing mine. They also love it for traveling or every day use. I also have gotten a million "where did you get that"! BUY IT, BUT IT, BUY IT!

So comfortable and perfect for travel. Multiple easily accessible pockets, which made it perfect to travel through 2 airports in 1 day with 6 family members. Best bag ever! Fit so much, even my gopro on a large selfie stick!!

The large size is perfect for my upcoming vacation. I absolutely love it!

This meets my minimum expectations but I have a few problems with it. The strap does not stay in place therefore; the bag slips from being snug to having to constantly adjusti it. When it arrived, it has a strange chemical smell to it. Finally the motto of the company is written out on that small silver toned tag on the front. It says, “Where is the heart to receive Goods where”. It reminds me so much of how Trump talks that I can’t bear to carry it.
