I tried the tape as an alternative to elasticated bandage as my knee felt so weak and in pain. Alongside rest . Ice. When I can this tape really helped. My knee felt supported. Yes I still had pain but it is notably reduced using the tape. Enough for me to carry on working and cope. Applied exactly as per the online video . It stays on . I have to shower it off or its like waxing! It actually took me a couple of days to get into the taping technique. Thought it wasn't working. At first but it was my tape method that was a bit off and I had not created enough tension over the pain point.so in summary try it . Give it a few days and follow the videos. I'm a bit addicted now and plan to use it for my arthritic back too.
