Night Owl2-Way Audio 12 Channel 4K DVR with Customizable Storage - Add up to 12 Total Devices

This DVR WAS SOOO EASY to set up and the picture is beautiful. It has the feature to make the spot lights come on if some one comes near the house which I love! If you don’t have a night owl security monitoring system I suggest this is the best I have had!!!!

Have used the night owl for years. Have the wired device wanted to add wireless to my system. Was told I needed a new DVR box. The one that was suggested was the one for $199. That one Doesn’t record anything! The description is misleading, it says it records, and has a DVR. On the plus… It is easy to set up!

I ordered this DVR and it stated that the HD was included not in the system. So I mailed it back and will order the next one with a Hard Drive built into system.

The DVR will not connect to my internet or TV. There is no support that you can talk with and I end up typing a book and the I receive no help. Probably going to return the DVR and go a different direction.Very disappointed.

This product doesn’t work or record. Will be returning it

It didn’t have recording ability so we returned and ordered the one that did! I returned it today and have already received the one with recording ability! Thanks!

The motion sensor constantly goes off when there is no movement of any kind even if it's pointed at a stone wall with sensitivity set on the lowest setting. Other than that I love everything else but motion sensor is what you most want on a security system.

No se pudo utilizar porque no vino con el disco duro y para el precio no valía la pena y decía la caja que venía con 12 canales y trajo 8 .
