Hi if my light has 10mm diameter mount can this thing hold it in places or the hole just too big for my light?

Probably too big. But you can always get bigger gaskets at any hardware store and fit them. I actually got bigger gaskets that fit over the ones that come stock with these for a tighter fit. I also know some people that just wrap electrical tape around the gasket until it fits tightly.
