Great build quality and straightforward use, BUT the belt clip is lackluster
I lost my Skeletool, my very favorite EDC tool, and I know I will eventually find it but I need a backup up until the prodigal multitool returns home. As a backup to the Leatherman Skeletool, this is serviceable assuming you won't miss the plyers. The magnetic bit holder has an angel to it that looks cool, but it they just squared it off, it would make the driver bits seem to be more firm. The knife is fine, and the bottle opener/prybar are both perfectly serviceable. Besides being a little too thick, it is a very handsome pocket tool and I'm glad I have it... BUT: the pocket clip is garbage. It is too small, too tight/thin to be used with jeans, and will cause a lot of wear and tear on your pocket hems on your jeans even just after light use because it doesn't accommodate the thickness of the material worn. Also, the pocket clip is oriented on the thickest arrangement of the tool so that when using the pocket clip it props your pockets open, and I'm not really a fan of that. For this to be a slam dunk EDC it needs to feel good when carried everyday and not tear up my clothes. Otherwise this knife is a lovely little guy I'm happy to have.Update: after 6 months or so of carrying/use, ai'm very pleased. The stuff I complained about above seem persnickety to me now as I don't really notice any of those things. I've become an applicator to how it sits in my pocket and how the clip works, and I've really come to appreciate how robust the bottle opener pry bar is and how the blade has maintained a sharp edge. Very good!

Works
Great size, although the sellers photos are taken from angles which disguise it's thickness. Tanto blade came sharp enough, time will tell whether it holds an edge, although I think it's the perfect size and profile to compliment the knife and it's liner lock is easy to use and secure. Bottle opener has a small pry bar like protrusion that will be getting use in the future. The bit driver is the real selling point for me, and the fact that it receives (and even stores an extra) standard screwdriver bits is an absolute game changer at this size and cost. The bit holder also locks at 90° and 180°. The knife came with only one bit out of the box, a Philips number 2 that was slightly shorter than the standard size I own. I immediately put that bit in the backup pile and keep two standard sized bits in this knife know, a Philips 2 and a 7mm flat head. With an extension and a bit keeper with common torx, torqset, and hex sizes in my pocket I imagine small jobs won't require a trip back to the box.Solid tool, feels sturdy, genuinely a better design than many far far more expensive options. Build quality is exceptional for the price, although time will tell if it holds up.

Good idea needs modification
The blade is very sharp but the bit falls out of the screwdriver and have lost a few. The belt clip seems to be on the wrong side it sticks out too far in my pocket

This is the multi tool I've been dreaming of
It is light, compact, well made and exactly what I need most days. Crawling and I forgot my 10-in-1 or on a job walk and need to open a panel cover. If I need more than this, I grab my 20lb tool bag and get the Kleins and Knipex' out.It holds an edge pretty well for the way I use it.I sort of wish the pry bar locked in place. It took about a year maybe longer to make my first one fail.I tried to torque something too hard with the screw driver and bent some part of the locking mechanism but the knife lock still works. In the realm of sub $30 pocket knifes this is the best I've ever had. It is better than my $70 SOG.FYI the parent company also owns NEBO which also performs well for the price.

Very handy tool.
I basically carry this everyday working or not. Having a screwdriver easily accessible makes many jobs so much easier and faster. Example, if I notice that a drawer pull is loose boom out comes my true multi and I take care of it on the spot. As for the design of the tool like most tools it has its good and it's bad. The good is it does lock in 90° or 180° and has a decent latch mechanism, the knife is sharp and has held up to cutting the plastig banding straps off the boxes at work well. The bad atleast for me is the shallow and angled design of the bit holder. I'd prefer a straight and slightly deeper design. A straight design would also have allowed it to be used as a 1/4 inch nut driver which it can't with the slanted design it has. And if I was doing to change it more I would add a 90 degree lock on the bottle opener as I use it for a pry bar more than to open bottles.

A useful minimalist multi tool
This multitool is minimalist tool. The screwdriver locks-in at 90 and 180 degrees. It can be stiff with respect to screwdriver lock. The tanto blade is sharp and easily be held upside down because of the unnatural form factor, so be careful.
