Camera frozen less than a month after use, can't contact seller
Bought for my son for his birthday. It's been not even a month and it's now frozen on the opening screen. Unfortunately I bought it in September for his October birthday, so is now outside returns period, and I can't find a way of contacting seller to address the issue. Until now it's been fab, but it obviously can't be used whilst it's frozen and I can't get it to switch off or restart!

Our Daughter loves it!!
Excellent for the price! We bought this for our 3.5 year old ahead of our holiday, and she absolutely loves it! The fact that you can flip the camera around makes it much better than similar products on the market, and there’s lots of filters/frames you can use on the screen too. Battery life seems pretty good and the strap is very handy. The only downside was that the first camera we ordered had a slightly loose connection for the charger, but we returned it and quickly ordered another, which has been great! We’ve bought an adapter to be able to put the photos on our phone and we’re looking forward to seeing our Daughter’s photos!!

Daughter loves it. It has a good battery life. It has been dropped a few times and still works. The quality of the pictures is what you expect. Pictures are a bit blurry and pixulated. The size is smaller than expected but perfect for my 2 year old. She enjoys the filters. We've not introduced her to the games yet.

小1の子どもの誕生日に買いました。モニターが大きめで見やすく、画素数は粗めながらもズーム機能もあり使いやすそうです。ゲームをしすぎないか懸念していましたが、掛け算や英語のゲームもあり教育的な側面もあります。 1年保証は3日以内にwebで登録した場合のみと案内が入っており要注意ですが、私は未登録で期限が過ぎた後にストラップが壊れてしまい、中国のカスタマーサービスにダメもとで英文メールしてみました。結果代わりのストラップを送ってもらえて手厚く対応してもらえたので、総じて満足しています。
