These weights are really great for beginners like me, I've never done any kind of proper weight lifting before and wanted to start small! I have endometriosis, so I'm trying to do some healthy exercise from home to improve my pelvic pain and back pain. Just strengthening exercises, so these were a really good way to include some simple weights to incorporate into my yoga and stretches. Just to increase my strength a little!These have been perfect for home use, they are easy to hold and feel nice in your hands. Not cold and metal, soft on your skin, very comfortable. I really love the colour, I know that won't matter to most people but pink happens to be my favourite so I was thrilled with these!My husband goes to the gym a few nights a week, but some nights he likes to come home and do some of his workout here. He usually just does core exercises and things like running, but he's wanted to try doing some weights as well. He has been using my weights for a start off, it's made him want his own set with heavier ones! So I would say these are definitely perfect for beginners, and may get you wanting to have a heavier set like my husband.Over all I'm really happy, I would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to have a nice easy set of weights to get them started weight lifting, or as a compliment to your exercise.

I bought these on prime day and am really pleased with them.Nice quality and colours with good non slip coating.I am now buying additional weights to make a set.

Very impressed by the small footprint of the weights, which allows you to use them for more exercise-related workouts. (Back lifts, sit-ups, press-ups etc.). The grip is slip-free and a good shape to get a firm comfortable grip. When I first started looking for a set of Dumbells I was shocked at the price everyone was charging, but I'm glad I bought this set because you can see and feel the quality of the product. Worth the money, highly recommended.

El tiempo dirá si aguantan bien.Opinión original:Por el momento estoy satisfecho con las pesas. Compré el modelo 2x4KG y el 2x8KG, aunque este último aún no me ha llegado. El embalaje me pareció adecuado para protegerlas en el transporte. Parecen de calidad, el agarre y el revestimiento son buenos, el tamaño es compacto, el grosor es adecuado y, lo más importante de todo, el peso es correcto. POR EL MOMENTO estoy contento con la compra. Digo por el momento porque sólo el tiempo dirá como evolucionan. He tenido otras pesas que al cabo de un año se han oxidado. En las fotos se puede apreciar que tienen pequeños fallos de fabricación, aunque es admisible. El peso es correcto, individualmente pesan 4.0KG y juntas pesan 8.0KG (comprobado con dos pesas diferentes), que es lo más importante. El agarre tiene el grosor adecuado a mi parecer. Su tamaño es reducido, son más compactas. He adjuntado fotos comparándolas con dos pesas hexagonales "clásicas" de 2.5KG y se aprecia que estas, aún siendo de 4.0KG, son más pequeñas.El único pero que le puedo poner a las pesas (al menos de momento, insisto) es el hecho de que no sean hexagonales. Su diferencia es más que notable que las pesas hexagonales "clásicas" y es que éstas tienen la forma prácticamente circular. Es verdad que tienen una parte más aplanada lo cuál ayuda a que no rueden y a hacer pesas, pero no son hexagonales. Depende del ejercicio que hagáis con ellas esto puede ser un inconveniente o no, ya que para hacer HIIT o flexiones, las hexagonales son más cómodas. Aún así, con estas también se puede, pero es algo más incómodo.

Come potete vedere in foto, i pesi arrivano con un materiale che li protegge dagli urti, infatti sia i pesi e sia la scatola sono perfetti, inoltre come potete vedere sono identici (ho letto recensioni di prodotti concorrenti con pesi di diverse dimensioni e che arrivavano danneggiati), i manubri sono ricoperti di neoprene che è un materiale antiscivolo con cui personalmente mi trovo molto bene, i manubri hanno una conformazione tale che se li poggiate a terra non rotolano, altra nota positiva, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo perchè costano qualche euro in più rispetto ai manubri di 5 Kg, vi consiglio questi manubri Amazon 5 stelle meritatissime (non lascio quasi mai una recensione, ma questo prodotto è di alta qualità e la merita).
