Who Flung Dung?

My nephews love this story. The book arrived well packaged and on time. Needs to be read with sound affects, but a really fun book.

Was looking forward to reading this but was a little disappointed. My son kept repeating 'who flung dung' like the monkey which got a bit irritating. Not one of our favourite bedtime stories!

Grandson loves this story - also Cheeky Charlie, he cant get enough of it.

Just picked up a copy of this book, absolutely brilliant for Ben Redlich's illustrations alone. We really enjoyed the visualisation of the characters and Furley the monkey's bottom has enriched my life!This story lends itself beautifully to the creation of funny voices for each of the characters in the book. My daughter's favourite part is when a character says 'who flung dung', over and over again and if you are reading this then I invite you to do the same. Say it over and over getting faster and faster, it is guaranteed to cheer you up no matter what.I would get a copy or six for Christmas gifts this festive season.

This book will appeal to younger children because of the repetition, fun pictures and possibly even the predictability of the story. A word of warning though - my 4 year old daughter did ask whether eyes look like the one the vulture is eating in the story and we had to have a discussion about what eyes are like inside our heads so perhaps the illustrations might be a little much for sensitive children or parents. Nonetheless my daughter loves this story and asks for it frequently.

This book is a funny read, and a delight for kids! My little girl loves all of the animal's voices and actions you can add to the book. Will be buying this for friends when they have children x
