BodytecFull Length Orthotic insoles with great arch support and Poron Heel Cushioning Plantar fasciitis

I now have these in all my shoes, boots and trainers. A very useful insert providing support just where I need it. I take 10.5 and these fit perfectly without trimming.

as my feet are old [ unfortunately as old as me] they are more prone to aches and swelling after a walk in wellies with the dogs.These have improved the fit and comfort of said wellies - they don't slop about on my feet and the arch is wonderful , lifting my foot into the correct position. Also my knees don't seem to ache either. Just bought more for inside ankle boots- so recommend to try!

These insoles give very good support, I wear trainers a lot because of my work and the difference these make is unbelievable. I am going to order more for my other shoes. They do give quite a good lift on the arch and they were easy to cut, I got the wife to do it, and fit nice and are well made, I would recommend these. Delivery was quick.

Got these for my otherhalf as he has collapsed arches on his feet and was complaining of knee pain. Although he hasn't said if has knee pain or not he hasn't complained about it so I'm guessing it has worked!!!Even if you don't have collapsed arches, it's still a great product to enhance and support your body's natural structure. I'd recommend it.

Aching legs and feet? Get these insoles. Somewhat uncomfortable at first, but stay with them!!! Your feet have to adjust to them, because if you fallen arches and aching legs, the benefits out weight the short getting use to. I have to wear work boots everyday and these insoles are a must, after all, 8hrs in boots, you need something to look after yer feet.

Has helped my planters fasciitis

As good as my vionic insoles. Slightly large but nice guidelines on the back of them show where to cut for a perfect fit.
