PAL system needed

The previously owned Dvd's purchased seemed to be in good condition but when I hiot the play button it was a black and white rolling picture. I couldn't figure out what was wrong until a friend of mine told me it was in a European format. It will play on a laptop but alas not on my flat screen =...(

Does not work on Region 1 DVD players.

I ordered this item as it says it is Region 1 in the Product Details of the listing. Well, it is not, I tried to play it on 3 different DVD players. This will not work in Region 1.I am sure the video is great, Dalida is a legend! But I could not watch it.

WRONG REGION does not equal BAD DVD

When someone buy a wrong dvd region PLEASE DO NOT give a bad review, it is misleading. The review help customer making a decision on a purchase, they do not want to see a 1 stars because the person bought the wrong region. This is a very good dvd.
