Underpowered Tchaikovsky
Whatever the virtues of the performance, I found the recording underpowered, particularly the upper strings. Would probably sound better over headphones, rather than loudspeakers.

This has been a holiday staple for generations. It gets better every time I listen to those classic melodies. Wonderful is the way I can describe The Nutcracker! It just isn't Christmas without it!!
