Over priced. Ordinary vitamin / supplements from the supermarket containing Zinc for general bodily health probably have similar effect often at less cost - all marketing hype...Also, says keep to dosage but no obvious dosage details given.

I don’t know why as it’s just zinc and vitamin C but they actually work. Tried a cheaper vitamin supplement with the same ingredients and results just went back to normal. What’s the secret?!
