HP original laserjet 05X high volume print cartridge
This was my spare and when I came to use it a few months after ordering it there was a problem with it. However, the supplier sent me a replacement immediately I reported the problem so I would say you can order from them with confidence. The replacement has become my new spare as I had to order a new one from elsewhere as an emergency replacement in the meantime, so hopefully won't be a problem with the replacement when I come to use it. The supplier is aware I haven't been able to put it straight in and has said that they will replace it if it proves faulty again, so fingers crossed. The main thing is they seem to be responsive when there is a problem which is excellent customer service as far as I can see.

Very good toner, , have ben using it for years, no complaints.

The original and Best by far.
It fits easily into the printer, has safeguards to prevent leakages up until it's fitted, has a consistent print quality, unlike some cheaper cartridges I've tried.It costs more, but it seems when you're the best, you can inflate the price!You'll have to wait a while for any report on exactly how many pages I get!

I did not feel like paying the £7.00 fee for next day delivery as I thought it a bit steep. I was therefore delighted when the parcel arrived the following day on the cheaper rate. They arrived in perfect order. So five star recommendation.

Poor quality
The toner was covered in ink - appeared to be an old toner and was useless. Unfortunately I have missed the return date as I always order in advance to have a back up.

Great service
I've used this toner for my laser printer since I purchased the printer. It is great quality. Even when it's low, you can remove the cartridge from the printer, shake it, put it back in several times, and print numerous additional copies. It's the best toner I've ever had.
